A graduate of Oregon Health & Science University’s Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program, Dr. Ian Tydeman is a member of a number of professional and continuing education organizations.... A native Oregonian, Dr. Tydeman attended Lakeridge High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Puget Sound. After college, Dr. Tydeman volunteered in hospitals in India and performed infectious disease research at Oregon Health & Science University before becoming a dentist. Dr. Tydeman enjoys traveling, fishing, backpacking, collecting old Land Rovers, and spending time with his wife and three sons.

She graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University in 2011. Dr. Azimi’s focus is on providing excellent dental care and making each experience as comfortable and painless as possible. She believes in a preventive and educational approach to dental care along with helping her patients achieve and maintain dental health for life. Dr. Azimi is trained in using state-of-the-art technologies and treating complex cosmetic cases, including veneers, crowns, implants, and bridges. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys the bounty of living in the Northwest — whether on a hike, out skiing, or cheering on the Blazers with her husband and son.

Dr. Mayerle is passionate about the field of sleep, the effects of sleep and lack of sleep on the body, and dental solutions to improve sleep disorders. He recently completed the dental sleep medicine residency at UCLA and has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education on the subject. Dr. Mayerle grew up in Medford, Oregon, attended Lewis & Clark College, and now resides in Lake Oswego with his wife and daughter. Dr. Mayerle loves the coast, chasing fish (especially steelhead), and tying flies.
